Superna (Ottawa)
Developed a web based business continuity modelling tool that predicted the impact on performance, total cost of ownership, and business continuity objectives of consolidating the back up and recovery functions from a number of remotes offices into a single data center. This sales support tool was developed for Nortel Networks that in conjunction with data storage business partners offers a suite of business continuity solutions involving back up and recovery over the wide area network.
ThisJ2EE based three tier tool was developed in html, JavaScript, Java server pages and Java, using the Eclipse Integrated development environment.
SUN Microsystems (USA)
Provided capacity planning and performance analysis services to SUN MicroSystems regarding the introduction of dual core SUN servers for Verizon’s Super Pages internet search application.

Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Ottawa)
Provided consulting services for the development and implementation of a performance testing plan for a three tier e-business service subscription system for the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
Contributed to the design and development several major release of a new federal government financial system on the web built on J2EE, Cobol and IBM DB2. This greatly contributed to the user satisfaction across 22 federal government departments using the client/server text-based version. The knowledge and expertise of our consultants were useful in implementing several improvement of this major application.
Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
Our consultant contributed to the collection of business impact analysis of over 100 of the 300 Web and mainframe applications in use at the agency through several interviews with key stakeholders. This resulted in the compilation of the most comprehensive information on the agency applications and infrastructure and their dependencies.

Designed and developed a web-based highly interactive financial return on investment (ROI) application for evaluation several business continuity solutions alternatives for large customers.
This web 2.0 based application provided the necessary administration tools for Nortel to manage the potential customer based across business partners and provide end customer with a clear view as to the benefits of the various solutions.
