To obtain technical support from MFJ Associates you need to perform the following steps before calling for help.

  1. Ensure you are running on a Windows XP or Windows Vista platform
  2. Download the Microsoft SharedView application from the following web site:
  3. You do not need a Windows Live Meeting if you will not host a meeting.  To get technical support, you do not need it as MFJ Associates Tech Support will host the meeting for you
  4. Contact MFJ Associates Support (See Contact Us page) via telephone.
  5. You will be sent via email a hyperlink to join the MFJ Associates meeting
  6. Follow the instructions when clicking on the hyperlink.
