Juan Luis Arroyo P Eng.

Juan brings over 30 years of working experience in the information technology field of which the last 20 years were spent in the computer performance and network management fields.  Juan was the manager of the performance analysis team at Nortel Networks for 15 years and contributed to the development of innovative systems and network performance metrics gathering and reporting products.

Mario François Jauvin

Mario has over 25 years of working experience in the computer science field. He joined Nortel Networks information technology in 1984. He was a member of the Information Technology division for 18 years spending his last 5-6 years in team leading and management roles in the network management field. He was one of the original architects of Nortel Networks' state of the art performance metrics system (called WPMS) at a time when no commercial products were available for the UNIX environment. He since founded his consulting firm MFJ Associates with leading engineers in the field of performance management, capacity planning, software development and business continuity.

Hendra Tatangsurja

Hendra has 12 years of network and computing performance management experience with Nortel Networks where he played a key role in creating excellent computing environment for Nortel’s 30,000+ UNIX computers through his proactive actions. Hendra developed software tools and performed consulting services in the areas of software testing and application profiling with a focus on preventing system crashes or slowdowns.

George Young P. Eng.

George has engineered computer operating systems  and software design applications in Nortel's large 100K+ node network for 20 years. George improved the performance of  desktop computers running Windows, Solaris, MacOS and HPUX, large networked software design environments on ClearCase, databases using SAS, telephone switches, 86180 controller firmware and  IBM mainframes. With a repertoire of almost 30 different coding languages, he has an excellent feel for where things can be improved.  George works on computer systems for the technical challenges and loves an interactive office for the sense of teamwork that creates.
